Important: 

1. Applicants wishing to apply for admission to the International Bachelor's Degree Program at Chulalongkorn University for the academic year 2024 (Admission Round) must not have confirmed their admission rights through TCAS67 Round 1 in the central admission system for educational institutions for the academic year 2024.
2. Applicants intending to apply for the selection process for admission to the International Bachelor's Degree Program at Chulalongkorn University for the academic year 2024 (Admission Round) must first register to use the TCAS67 system at http://student.mytcas.com before initiating the application.
3. The completeness and accuracy of your application and all submitted documents is vital to the admission decision.
4. Once the applicant submits, there will be no further alteration of any kind,  nor can the applicant resubmit the form. ​

EBA will process the application and give an application number after the application period is closed. Incomplete applications will not be considered. 

To facilitate a smooth application process, please be aware of the following guidelines regarding the submission of your proficiency scores:

• Electronic Submission Only: The EBA exclusively accepts electronic copies (e-copies) of your test results directly from the test center. Physical copies of your test scores will no longer be accepted. Ensure that your score is prepared and submitted via e-copy within the designated application period. Applications exceeding this period will result in automatic disqualification.
• If your IELTS, TOEFL (iBT), SAT, Duolingo or ACT score has not appeared in our system, it indicates that the test score sent from the test center is yet to reach our database. Please check our system periodically until your score is available for input. The standard processing time is approximately 7 working days.
• Email Address Matching: For IELTS, TOEFL (iBT), SAT, Duolingo or ACT, it is crucial to match the email address used during your score registration with the one in our system. For IELTS, if your passport was used for registration, please provide your passport number and corresponding email address.

• Verification Process: In case your score does not appear within 2 weeks after you sent in your score from the test center, first check with your application email. If it does not match, modify it and recheck after 1 hour. Your score should then be visible.
